Lipogram
A lipogram is a piece of writing where a particular letter is omitted. In our task, we have been asked to change the letter ‘o’ in every word and replace it with a word without an ‘o’ .
Actual Text:
“Albert, is it true that if you touch a butterfly’s wings, you keep it from flying ever again? Basically, kill it?”
“No, it is a myth that you render a butterfly unable to fly by touching its wings. The powdery residue on their wings is actually scales. They shed their scales on a regular basis, so merely touching them is okay.”
My Lipogram:
“Albert is it true that if I tap a butterfly’s wings I keep it flightless for ever? Basically kill it?”
“Nah it’s just a myth that a butterflys cant fly if you tap their wings. The tiny ball like residue that spread their wings are actually scales. They shed their skales regullary tapping them is alright.”
Monster Project
- Draw a line that goes up, then one that curves across and up again and then draw the same thing near it to make it thick.
- Draw a head and tongue like a snake that goes across.
- Draw two lines going away from the snake this will be the back of the monster so add a cat tail.
- Now draw two lines going the other way one going slightly up and the other across than draw a line that curves down in almot a U at the end of both of them.
- Then continue in a curved line to the beginning of the tail.
- Then draw two lines close together where it starts going horizontally to act as a leg than draw two straight lines that nearly go to the tail than four short lines going of the other way to make two thicker lines.
- Now draw a large eye at the front of the monster under the snake head.
- Colour its wing shape dark blue with orange stripes and pink at both ends, the snake orange with dark blue stripes, its tail patchy dark blue and gold and the top light green, and then it’s feet brown.
